Scott started his successful career as a salesperson with Maroone Chrysler/Jeep in Florida. Maroone was later acquired by Autonation where he climbed the ranks to Finance Director of a Multi franchise location. He later joined Bruce Rossmeyer Harley-Davidson Group as GM in 2005. He ran some of the largest H-D stores in the country, inc
Scott started his successful career as a salesperson with Maroone Chrysler/Jeep in Florida. Maroone was later acquired by Autonation where he climbed the ranks to Finance Director of a Multi franchise location. He later joined Bruce Rossmeyer Harley-Davidson Group as GM in 2005. He ran some of the largest H-D stores in the country, including Daytona Harley-Davidson, where he set sales and profit records before leaving the company in 2016. He then was a consultant going on contract to various stores for performance reviews and to train Managers. One of those stores being Lawless H-D in Seattle, WA. He decided to go into recruiting after seeing a need for effective staffing at many of the H-D stores he consulted with. He is well versed in the daily operation of all types of dealerships which lends him to be an effective talent hunter. He is always a “client first” recruiter, looking for only the best available to fill positions across the spectrum, back of house to front of house as well as all administrative positions.

Moshe boasts a double degree in Finance and Economics from Florida International University and an AA degree from Eastern Florida State College.
